WYNBROOKE HOA ARBITRATION AND REVIEW REQUEST

WYNBROOKE HOA Homeowners Association Board of Directors understands that every
homeowners has a right to dispute any assessments, fines, or denied request.
If a homeowner wishes to arbitrate any of these matters, that homeowner must
submit a written Request for Review to the community property management company,
as well as the Homeowner Association Board of Directors.
All written submissions for review by the Board of Directors will be taken into
consideration.

To submit a Request for Review by the Board of Directors, please complete and 
submit a WYNBROOKE HOA Board of Directors Review Request Form. and submit it to 
the community property management company.

You may also contact any HOA board member with your written request for review.  
All valid written request for review will be taken into consideration by the 
Board of Directors.
